Return Policy

14-Day Return Window
You have 14 days from the time you receive your item(s) to initiate a return. Items must be unopened, undamaged and in their original seal. You can return your product(s) without providing a reason as part of our commitment to customer satisfaction.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will refund the full invoice amount to your original payment method within 30 days.

Shipping Costs and Risks
When you return an item, you are responsible for the shipping costs and the risk of damage during shipment. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to avoid any damage.

Care of Products
Upon receiving the product(s), please handle them with care to prevent any damage to the item(s) and their packaging.

Non-returnable Items
Products that are made to your specifications or are personalized cannot be returned. This also applies to products that are exempt under article 7:46 (4) of the Dutch Civil Code.

Damaged Goods
Please note that we cannot accept returns of damaged products. Ensure the items are in their original condition when returned.
