Remake It is a lovely Thames & Hudson publication. It’s actually quite small, but it feels and looks solid. Thanks to contemporary type, the vanilla brightness and attractive illustrations throughout, it looks really pretty. And most important, it is full of fun interior recycling ideas. For example: a lounge chair made of hard-shelled suitcases, a toilet-roll holder from an Audi mirror and a doorbell made from wine glasses. The book also provides practical details on how to create your own inspirational designs. That may seem a bit clumsy, but thanks to contributions by leading luminaries such as Jasper Morrison and Marcel Wanders it is anything but dull. This book will show you how to make the most of what you already have - in style.
