Ha, this is interesting! It’s not an interior book, but a photography books. Sure, it has nothing but interiors, plus an occasional inhabitant, but this book is about the photographer Martyn Thompson. According to a woman called Ilse Crawford, who is responsible for the foreword, Martyn is extremely funny and never mixes red and green in his salad. Well. Nevertheless the book is very worth-while. It’s a collection of stunning interiors photography, shooting some of the most creative and inspiring homes for publications including Vogue and Elle. In a style that Ilse Crawford describes as alive and complex, messy and marvellous. We have to give her credits for that, because that description is spot-on.
