Packaging has become a very interesting part of the brand communication mix. Back in the days (when was that anyway?) packaging was nothing more than an extension of the advertising campaign. Now it has a voice of its own. This second edition of Boxed And Labelled is giving an insight in recent developments and new approaches in packaging, segmented in categories like ‘Down To Earth”, “Good Old Days” and “Minimal & Elegant”. Altogether a very inspiring book with many “I wish I designed that” moments. Also you should definitely check the first version of Boxed And Labelled and, while you’re at it, Around Europe Packaging. Personally we just like the packaging of this one a bit better.
